Energy upgrades in a 500,000 square foot manufacturing facility including replacement of chillers, cooling towers, chilled and condenser water pumps, and development of new controls sequences of operation and points lists to optimize operational efficiency in two central plants.
The energy audit of this manufacturing plant identified options for reducing energy consumption and energy costs, and included a plan for replacement of aging HVAC equipment. Griffith Engineering also designed a new modular centralized chilled water system to serve multiple buildings.
