The renovation of this retail center is inspired by its coastal location. The center also had space for new construction. The design team adhered to strict local design review board regulations and review comments. The result is a shopping center that communicates small town warmth. The complex includes:
▪ Building C, renovation of shell space including new HVAC systems and performance specifications for fire protection, totaling 18,225 square feet.
▪ Building E, design of shell HVAC and plumbing systems, as well as performance specifications for fire protection, for space anticipated for restaurant use, totaling 9,480 square feet.
▪ Jersey Mike’s: fit-up of a new 1,680 square foot space including new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
▪ Building G: HVAC and plumbing systems, and performance specifications for fire
protection, for the shell and white box of this 1,860 square foot building for future
use as retail space.
▪Tuesday Morning: fit-up of 1,200 square feet of new space including HVAC and plumbing systems.
▪Dunkin Donuts: fit up of 2,000 square feet of new space including HVAC, electrical,
and plumbing systems.
