Mechanical and plumbing design services for this repurposed 1950s era warehouse into a modern, 23,000 square foot industrial office space.
The design capitalizes on existing features including the original shell of the building, concrete floors, interior brick walls, and steel deck, and provides a unique space.
All private offices and conference rooms have a minimum of one glass wall to support the owner’s vision of an open office atmosphere.
An old freight train car that was found behind the building was salvaged and converted into and exterior social space for company events. The freight train car doors were used as dramatic wall art behind the reception area and the social coffee station.
Energy efficiency was achieved by use of LED light fixtures and occupancy sensors to control the lights.
