Renovation of this ca. 1937 building that was originally designed as a male dormitory. In 1950, additions were made to each end of the building, bringing it to its current footprint. In 1978, substantial modifications were made including the addition of air conditioning and hot water heating throughout the building. The building has since undergone several small renovations as space usage has changed.

Griffith Engineering was a member of the selected team that renovated the entire building in 2017. The project improved mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, updated data and A/V systems, as well as ADA accessibility, and updated finishes. The building is the home of the University’s Career Center, Counseling and Testing Center, and the Office of Disability Services. Specific spaces in the building catering to the missions of these three distinct efforts includes:
– Interview rooms.
– Meeting spaces.
– Updated amenities.
– Conferencing facilities.
– Reception areas.
– Waiting areas.
